Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for pre-made items are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Because we value “Elegance in Every Stitch,” some items are made specifically for you upon ordering. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Sabeenz Hub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your handmade treasures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 3-5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Handmade Variance Note: Please note that slight variations in color, bead placement, or crochet patterns are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.

  • Items purchased during promotional clearance sales.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Sabeenzhub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Sabeenzhub@gmail.com
 with a photo of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
